TOPGUARD® Fungicide controls key diseases in row crops including soybeans, field corn and popcorn, peanuts and sugar beets. The active ingredient in TOPGUARD is flutriafol which gives growers top-to-bottom crop protection by translocating throughout treated crops to provide excellent curative and preventive activity.
TOPGUARD has one of the longest disease control time-frames of any fungicide available, which makes it a great first application with residual protection lasting all season. In soybeans, TOPGUARD absorbs readily, protecting new leaves as they emerge. It is also rainfast within two hours and does not cause green stems. TOPGUARD can also be tank-mixed with other fungicides, insecticides and herbicides for even greater crop protection.
The EPA has approved 2013 Section 18 emergency use of TOPGUARD to control cotton root rot in Texas. Click here to learn more.
