Dale Schiff - Area Sales Manager
Dale Schiff, area sales manager, joined Cheminova, Inc. in 1999 and is currently responsible for product sales, as well as the support of Cheminova, Inc. distribution partners. Before joining Cheminova, Inc., Schiff gained experience as the director of crop protection for a well-known agricultural chemical company. In that position, he handled marketing, distribution, reporting and EDI for the retail division of the company. Schiff has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a certified public accountant. Schiff grew up on a small farm in central Illinois, which his parents continue to farm today, and has been associated with the agricultural industry throughout his career.

Edward Chell - Area Sales Manager
Edward Chell joined Cheminova, Inc. in October 2011 as area sales manager for the West Coast territory. He previously worked for Chemtura Agrosolutions as the account manager for southern California, the central coast of California and Arizona. Prior to that, he owned and managed a farming and consulting company with clients that included ag chemical and fertilizer companies, vegetable seed companies as well as grower shippers. Chell grew up on his family's vegetable farm in the Imperial Valley of California. He went on to study agriculture biology with an emphasis in pest management at Cal Poly in Pomona, CA. Chell also holds a California pest control adviser license in all categories. He lives in Ventura County with his wife and five children.

Tony C. Helmkamp - Area Sales Manager
Tony Helmkamp joined Cheminova, Inc. in April 2001 as area sales manager for the territory of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Helmkamp came to Cheminova, Inc. from an on-line agricultural Internet software company, where he developed and implemented sales and marketing programs and marketed E-business strategies to grain elevators and ag retailers. Helmkamp also has 12 years of experience in providing sales and service to ag retailers. Helmkamp graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology and a minor in business from Iowa State University. Helmkamp enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing and supporting Iowa State University athletics.

James R. Jay - Area Sales Manager
James R. Jay joined Cheminova, Inc. in 2001 as an area sales manager and currently services the territory of Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan with 18 years experience in sales and direct marketing. Before joining Cheminova, Inc., Jay worked with an agricultural equipment company for 8 years, where he managed a multi-state, multi-million dollar territory and successfully introduced new products. Jay received a bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University in 1980. Jay and his wife spend their leisure time attending their three sons' baseball, soccer and football games.

Mitchel A. Klann - Central Region Sales and Business Director
With an extensive agricultural background, Mitchel A. Klann joined Cheminova, Inc. in April 2001 as an area sales manager. Klann is currently responsible for the operational part of Marketing with Cheminova, Inc. In addition to marketing, he also has the account management responsibilities in Illinois. Before accepting this position, Klann gained valuable experience as a national account manager with an on-line agricultural Internet software company. His key efforts focused on consulting with general managers and technology divisions on understanding the value of E-Commerce in their business plan. Klann also has 7 years of experience with a major Agriculture Chemical company in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management. Klann is a graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural science and a minor in biology and chemistry. In his leisure time, Klann enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson and spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also continues to help out with his family's farm.

Rob Marek - Area Sales Manager
Rob Marek joined Cheminova in June 2010 with over 22 years experience in the crop protection business. His Area Sales Manager position spans Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Marek started his career in West Texas and New Mexico with a basic manufacturer and it evolved into an eight year career with a national distributor. With experience as a sales representative and then as location manager, Marek has a working knowledge of the industry's challenges as well as its rewards. His last 12 years with Bayer CropScience has rounded his career growth, helping grow a world class cotton seed business from infancy to the current leader in inputs and technology. Marek graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He lives in Corpus Christi, Texas with his wife and two children. He enjoys fishing, hunting, rodeo with his daughter and baseball with his son.

Chris Nobbs - Area Sales Manager
Chris Nobbs joined Cheminova, Inc. in October 2011 as Area Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest territory including the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. He has worked as a sales representative and applied entomologist with IPM products for 13 years in the Pacific Northwest. His specialties include insect behavior modifying chemistries and applied entomology as it relates to integrated pest management. Nobbs grew up in the Yakima Valley in the state of Washington on his family's apple and cherry farm. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Washington State University in Biology and a Masters of Science degree in Entomology. He lives in Yakima, Washington with his wife and four children.

Hunter Wilhelm - Area Sales Manager
Hunter Wilhelm joined Cheminova, Inc. in August 2011 as Area Sales Manager for the Mid South / Delta territory. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Entomology and began his career as an independent crop consultant in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas before joining Bayer CropScience as a sales representative in that area. Wilhelm worked as a crop marketing coordinator with Bayer in the Memphis Regional office before joining Cheminova. He currently resides in Collierville, Tennessee with his wife Amy and two sons, Hunter Jr. and Houston. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching youth soccer and spending time with his family.

Fred Fenimore - Sales Consultant to the East Coast Territory
Fred will be working in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. He is originally from Sikeston, MO and has BS and MA degrees from Western Kentucky University. Fred spent the past 25 years working in various sales and marketing positions for a major Ag Chemical Manufacturer throughout the South. He has expertise in Soybean, Cotton and Peanut production.
